Thad believes a growing company always looks for ways to be more effective and to challenge its employees for greatness. Following this belief Thad has been involved in various departments at Rain for Rent, leading construction, maintenance, operational training, and recruitment as their VP of Field Operations & Construction Management. Thad has also worked in medical facilities on maintenance, new construction, security, environmental services.

As an officer of Gary Jones Construction, Thad facilitates the numerous changes and needs for improvement for the organization. This includes working with the finance, operations, and sales teams on a regular basis.
