Experience

Josh moved to Idaho in the 70s after years of dairy farming in Utah. Now, with two separate dairy facilities under his belt, Josh oversees the milking of around 2400 head of cattle. But Josh’s farming portfolio doesn’t stop at dairy, from Raft River Sod to Heglar Creek Electric, he’s ventured into feedlot operations, custom calf raising, sod farming, and electrical contracting, showcasing his adaptability and business acumen.

With his forward-thinking approach, and by embracing change, he’s transitioned management practices to accommodate technological advancements. This high- management style has propelled their operations forward, ensuring efficiency and sustainability. Josh’s background in banking, with seven years in ag lending, brings a unique perspective to the table, further strengthening their business strategy.
