• Building Scope:
  • Pre-engineered metal building with 52,000 sq ft of clear-span production floor, designed to support five extrusion lines with utility rough-ins and layout for a future sixth line.
  • Includes 11,750 sq ft of finished office space built out for operations staff, production support, and on-site lab testing capabilities.
• Site Development & Infrastructure:
  • Rail spur installed to service the facility directly, wrapping the rear laydown yard and shipping area for secure, efficient material handling.
  • Full development of the 17-acre site, including grading, paving, drainage, and utilities, to deliver a safe and functional work environment with room for future expansion.
