Eric has a proven track record of building and leading successful businesses. As a fifth- generation farmer he has broad leadership experience across multiple companies and brings a deep understanding of operations, customer service, and project execution. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Utah State University, which laid the foundation for his career. After graduation, he gained invaluable experience working outside the farm under the guidance of exceptional leaders. This exposure broadened his perspective and honed his leadership and business skills.

At Aspire15, Eric focuses on big-picture strategy and identifying opportunities to develop and lease industrial and manufacturing buildings that deliver a long-term value.
