Experience

Justin Webb is a Master Electrician and co-founder of Heglar Creek Electric and Plumbing, a family-run business serving the Cassia County region and beyond. Raised on a dairy farm in the Raft River Valley, Justin’s roots in agriculture and hard work run deep. His early professional years were spent in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he worked on large-scale commercial projects, including hospitals and retail facilities. After gaining significant experience, Justin and his wife made the decision to return home to southern Idaho, where he continued his work in agricultural electrical systems and earned both his Journeyman and Master Electrician licenses.

In 2014, Justin and his family founded Heglar Creek Electric, combining their shared values, technical skills, and commitment to the community. Beyond his business, Justin serves as a reserve police officer with the Cassia County Sheriff’s Department, further demonstrating his dedication to service.
