Thad has over 20 years as an executive within a few industries including general/heavy civil construction, hospital/medical operations, water resource management, human resource management, fleet management, engineering and design, and national emergency response operations.  This diversity of understanding has allowed Thad to help strategically develop business operations for a wide variety of situations and create processes for success.
